Easter Sunday
It was Easter Sunday. Evangeline had sewn herself a lovely dress with a hat and coat to match. She waited and waited, thinking that perhaps Mortimer would call.
He didn't.
By mid afternoon, Evangeline was restless, so she took a stroll to her favorite cemetary. True, there were no relatives of hers (at least to her knowledge) buried there, but it was one of her most beloved places to be.
Donning the beautiful coat and hat that matched her gown, she sauntered into the graveyard, where I managed to capture her in all her glory.
Those "hauntingly" beautiful eyes, that dark and decadent looking hair, that gown "to die for."
Afterwards, Evangeline went back to her attic retreat, where she enjoyed some light wine, a good meal, while listening to her favorite chamber music.
